چکیده
It is widely believed that alternative low carbon fuels (ALCF) can be instrumental in achieving the transportation sector’s decarbonization goal. Unlike conventional fossil-based fuels, ALCF produced through a combination of different chemical processes and feedstocks. The inherent complexity problem justifies multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach to support presence multiple criteria data uncertainty. In this paper, we propose novel stakeholder participation-based MCDM framework integrating experts' perspectives on production pathways using analytics hierarchy process (AHP) q-rung orthopair linguistic partition Bonferroni mean (q-ROLPBM) operator. key merit our lies treating dimensions as heterogeneous indicators while considering mutual influence between within same dimension. proposed applied evaluate four against 13 categorised under economic, environmental, technical, social for case United Kingdom (UK). Hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy aggregation operators with their applications in multi-criteria decision making
The aim of this manuscript is to present a new concept of hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets (Hq-ROFSs) by combining the concept of the q-ROFSs as well as Hesitant fuzzy sets. The proposed concept is the generalization of the fuzzy sets, intuitionistic fuzzy sets, hesitant fuzzy sets, and Pythagorean fuzzy sets as well as intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy sets (IHFSs) and hesitant Pythagorean fuz...

Decision on alternative-fuel vehicles is one of the most important problems for fleet operations. In this paper we propose a hierarchical hesitant fuzzy linguistic model that captures hesitant linguistic evaluations of multiple experts on multiple criteria for alternative-fuel vehicles. We apply the proposed model on the alternative-fuel vehicle selection problem of a home health care service p...
متن کاملA tool for multi-stakeholder participation
Decisions regarding water management issues are by nature complex; they involve balancing the three interconnected pillars of sustainability: social welfare, economic needs and the needs of an ever-changing environment. Moreover, such decisions may include controversial or poorly understood issues, such as the role of equity or property rights, as well as conflicts of interest. Due to the uncer...
متن کاملA framework to implement Stakeholder participation in environmental projects.
Participation has emerged as an appropriate approach for enhancing natural resources management. However, despite long experimentation with participation, there are still possibilities for improvement in designing a process of stakeholder involvement by addressing stakeholder heterogeneity and the complexity of decision-making processes. This paper provides a state-of-the-art overview of method...
متن کاملA Conceptual Modelling Framework for Stakeholder Participation in Simulation Studies
This paper describes a framework and tools that enable stakeholder participation in the development of conceptual models in simulation studies. The suggested framework utilises tools from soft systems methodology, a problem structuring approach, but it is also influenced by group model building in system dynamics. Its aim is to support the simulation modeller in developing a conceptual model wi...
